The Add to Stock workflow enforces a dual-scan check: scan the item, then scan the destination bin. StockERPro creates a cryptographic lock between the two before transmitting to the ERP — stock never loses its location status. Move Stock is optimized for speed: because the app reads the item's current location from ERP, workers can often skip scanning the source bin and focus entirely on the destination.
